Introduction:
Anne’s Ayurvedic Apprenticeship: Foundation Year is a unique opportunity for students who are new to Ayurveda to study the principle Ayurvedic concepts and how they apply to daily life, alongside an introduction to both Western and Ayurvedic herbs and their uses in the Ayurvedic tradition.
This is a blended course, with online lessons as well as four two-day workshops. The lessons and workshops are designed to be studied in sequence and new material will be made available to students as they go through the course with the first lessons available in February 2025. The lessons can be studied at your own pace, whenever it suits you and fits in with your life, but ideally students will have completed the online lessons before each practical workshop to allow the group to progress together.
The in-person parts of the course are based at Anne’s clinic in the Cotswolds, where she has a beautiful herb garden with over 150 medicinal plants, laid out in a spiral that represents a journey through a woman’s life, expressed through herbs.
