Spend a day with Anne at Artemis House on 20th May 2025 at her popular workshop completely dedicated to Herbs to Support Gut Health.

Anne will discuss factors affecting digestive health and the role medicinal herbs can play to improve it. Topics covered will include diet and lifestyle changes, the roles of prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics in maintaining good gut flora diversity and how fermented foods can be included in a healthy diet.

This is a one day course that runs from 10am-4pm.

Come to Artemis House on 20th May 2025 for Anne’s popular Herbs to Support your Gut Health workshop.

Over the course of the day Anne will discuss factors affecting digestive health and what steps you can take to improve it, with particular focus on the role medicinal herbs can play in supporting gut health. Topics covered will include simple diet and lifestyle changes, common dietary requirements and how to embrace diversity in your diet. We will discuss – and eat! – recipes made with well known culinary herbs and spices which will enhance and support your digestion. We will take a look at theories around gut bacteria and the roles of prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics in maintaining good gut flora diversity, including what part fermented foods play in our diet and how to include them in a healthy lifestyle.

The day will include access to Anne’s spiral herb garden, plus a delicious vegetarian lunch and herbal teas. You will have the opportunity to buy home grown herbs, Anne’s books and herbal remedies from her dispensary.

The day will run from 10am until 4pm.

Who is this for?
This course is open to anyone with an interest in knowing more about how to support their health through herbs and sustainable lifestyle changes, particularly by using the natural resources around them.
