Spring Detox Tea

Description

Spring Detox tea is perfect as the seasons change and the days lengthen, to clear out the wastes accumulated from a relatively sedentary winter and prepare us for the warmer months. Made from herbs grown by Anne in her garden and dried here at Artemis House, this tea is gentle and soothing and suitable for any time of the day.

We make this tea by putting one or two teaspoons into a teapot and filling with freshly boiled water, leaving to steep for 5 minutes and then straining through a tea strainer to serve. Return the strained herbs to the pot and refill the tea pot with more boiling water as and when you want another cup throughout the day – the herbs will continue to infuse for many hours.

Ingredients: Galium, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Mint, Elderflower, Rosemary, Plantain, Calendula, Herb Robert, Oregano.
