Zaira McIntyre is a qualified teacher, counsellor, coach and NLP practitioner with 20 years’ experience supporting young people, parents and adults. She works holistically, helping clients understand the past while focusing on meaningful goals for the future. Zaira has worked in schools, universities, GP surgeries, and international social projects. She specialises in anxiety, stress, family dynamics, and neurodiversity, offering practical tools to support everyday life. Zaira supports clearer communication, conflict resolution, and personal growth. She is committed to safe, ethical practice through ongoing professional development and BACP accreditation.
