The Ayurvedic Continuing Study Workshops are open to any of my students who have studied Ayurveda with me for more than two years – and many of you have been on this journey with me for much longer!

Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 15 participants and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. These are in-person workshops only, with no additional online content, although some topics may be supported with handouts.

These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding and application of Ayurvedic principles, building on the knowledge you’ve already gained and helping you translate it into practical, everyday actions.

Here are the planned topics and dates:

Workshop 1 – 24th & 25th March 2026
Artava; Ayurveda for women’s health, menarche to menopause

Workshop 2 – 9th & 10th June 2026
Baala Chikitsa; the Ayurvedic approach to treatment of children

Workshop 3 – 29th & 30th September 2026
Majja; Ayurveda for mental and emotional wellbeing

Workshop 4 – 3rd & 4th November 2026
Rasayana Chikita; including naimittika rasayana (curative rejuvenation), ajasrika rasayana (promotion of health and a healthy lifestyle) and kamya rasayana (longevity, fertility and memory enhancement)

The workshops are once again held at Artemis House in the Cotswolds, where we have a beautiful herb garden with over 150 medicinal plants, laid out in a spiral representing a journey through a woman’s life, expressed through herbs. Each workshop includes a delicious vegetarian lunch based on seasonal ingredients (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements).

Price:
The price for each workshop is £275
10% off with Early Bird booking price of £247.50 for bookings paid in full by December 1st 2025.
All four workshops are £1,100, or £990 Early Bird.

Notes:

  • The workshops include a delicious vegetarian lunch based on seasonal ingredients. Please let us know at least one week before the event if you have any dietary requirements.
  • Please note that this class will be run in person only, there will be no Zoom alternative.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you are paying by invoice please note that your place on the course will not be reserved until full payment has been made.
  • Our courses are held on specific dates, usually only once a year and involve considerable organisation prior to your visit. We cannot offer refunds in the event of cancellations, including for reasons such as bad weather, transport delays or cancellations, other commitments or illness.
  • If you no longer can or want to attend your event, you will be issued with a credit note that can be used for part or full payment for another course taking place within the next 12 months, and you may have to pay a difference in price.
