Drawing on classical Ayurvedic principles, we will discuss common childhood problems and their management through the right diet, lifestyle, herbal support and rasayana therapies. Emphasis is placed on age-appropriate, gentle interventions that strengthen ojas, support digestion and nervous system development, as well as promoting long-term resilience and wellbeing.

More Info
The Ayurvedic Continuing Study Workshops are open to people who have some previous knowledge of Ayurveda and offer an opportunity to focus on one specific topic for the whole of a two-day workshop.
Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 15 participants and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. These are in-person workshops only, with no additional online content, although some topics may be supported with handouts.
These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding and application of Ayurvedic principles, building on the knowledge you’ve already gained and helping you translate it into practical, everyday actions.
The workshops are held at Artemis House in the Cotswolds, where we have a beautiful herb garden with over 150 medicinal plants, laid out in a spiral representing a journey through a woman’s life, expressed through herbs.
