Home made herbal tea from a blend of calendula, chamomile, lemon balm, rose, blue mallow, lemon verbena, lavender and yarrow
An excellent tea to drink to enhance digestion by rekindling your digestive fire, or agni, whilst still being soothing to an irritable stomach.
We make our tea by putting one or two teaspoons into a teapot and filling with freshly boiled water, leaving to steep for 5 minutes and then straining through a tea strainer to serve. Return the strained herbs to the pot and refill the tea pot with more boiling water as and when you want another cup – the herbs will continue to infuse for many hours.
