This workshop is an opportunity to explore the Ayurvedic approach to children’s health from birth to teens to discover how using herbs, diet and lifestyle choices can help support the healthy growth of both body and mind, as well as how to manage common childhood illnesses.
Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 15 participants and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. These are in-person workshops only, with no additional online content, although some topics may be supported with handouts.
These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding and application of Ayurvedic principles, building on the knowledge you’ve already gained and helping you translate it into practical, everyday actions.
The workshops are once again held at Artemis House in the Cotswolds, where we have a beautiful herb garden with over 150 medicinal plants, laid out in a spiral representing a journey through a woman’s life, expressed through herbs. Each workshop includes a delicious vegetarian lunch based on seasonal ingredients (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements).
