  • The role of fermented foods and how to include them in everyday life
  • Demonstrations and recipes to take home

The day includes access to the beautiful spiral herb garden, a delicious vegetarian lunch, and herbal teas throughout. You’ll also have the chance to browse and purchase home-grown herbs, Anne’s books, and herbal remedies from the dispensary.
